Aiirborne Group Limited is a specialised Reablement and Support at Home care service with it Head Office based in Milton Keynes, we operates office hours from 9am to 5pm weekdays Mondays to Fridays and our care services on the field rota start from 7am in the morning to 10pm at night weekdays and weekends thus 7 days in a week .We provides professional person-centred care tailored to meet individual health care needs in the comfort of their own home. We provide support where individuals need a little extra help to remain independent and want to continue to live in their own homes.
Our services are designed to promote individual well-being, keep people safe, support people to do as much as they can for themselves and allow them to live as independently as possible in their own home and communities. Our support will be pivotal in preventing our customers from going into bed-based services such as residential homes, hospitals, or other formal care settings.
Our qualified and continuously trained and experienced staff will offer companionship and friendship to individuals in the comfort of their homes, as we believe that this is the best therapeutic environment to promote wellbeing and independence. We provide Reablement and Support at Home services, live in care support, companion care, housekeeping and personal assistant support, 24 hours a day over 7 days a week.

Our services include a range of provision to Service Users who demonstrate community care support needs. This includes support with personal care, continence management, moving & handling and positioning, medication management and skin care, meal preparation, signposting to other services where appropriate and support for carers.

We will ensure that services delivered are innovative and creative both in terms of direct delivery and the use of technology and community resources. We aim to be the first port of call for commissioners, local authorities, developers and funders in need of an experienced landlord that specialises in reablement and supported care in Northampton and surrounding boroughs.

Aiirborne Group Limited has invested in ‘Nurse Buddy’ – one of the leading home care software in the market. Nurse Buddy provides bespoke detailed digital care plans tailored for each client, with full monitoring and tracking as well as real time updates to the App. We believe no detail is too small to warrant a change.
It is realised that the small attention to detail is important to clients and therefore it is expected that all wishes and preferences of clients are noted and considered at all times. Aiirborne Group Limited would develop care plans to be outcome driven and therefore are created with flexibility to suit the individual needs.

Client Privacy: Records will be designed,used and stored so as to assure privacy.legislative controls over records such as DAta Protection Act will be adhered to and clients explicit permission in writing will be sought before information is passed to any person other than those directly concerned with the care of the clients.
Clients Dignity: Dignity is a matter of prime importance to the company and all staff would receive training in this area. Clients would be asked the name in which they prefer to be called or addressed and this name will be recorded on the client care plan and used by all staff

Clients Choice : Services are designed to be accessible and flexible ,promoting ordinary lifestyles and based upon clients own choices,individual client choice is promoted within the limit imposed by service constraints
Clients Confidentiality : All clients confidentiality is wherever possible maintained on occasion it will be necessary for the benefit of client or others to share personal
information with either other external professionals such as doctors,nurses,psychiatrist etc or an Organisation where possible client, relative or next of kin would be consulted and their views taken into account.
Client Communication: Client have the right to be heard and to be fully informed on all aspects of their care hence methods of communication are appropriate to the particular abilities and experience of each individual and are tailored to each particular set of circumstances for example if an individual client suffers from blindness, a method of communication to be used effectively would be braille.
Nature of Service To be Provided
Aiirborne Group Limited structured to provide regulated activity personal care and support to people living in their own comfort homes in northamptonshire and it surroundings between 07:00am and 22:00 hours therefore, would be providing personal care and support to adults living in their own comfort zones and these includes getting up resident ,assisting with toileting,bathing, washing and dressing up.

-Adults who have physical disabilities e.g. blindness,epilepsy,sleeping disorders, hearing impairment etc.
-Sensory Impairment thus hearing problem,sight impairment
-Adult with illness including end of life care
-Adult recovering from illness.
Quality Assurance
Aiirborne Group limited intends to be committed to ensuring that services continue to meet the client needs.Our Quality Assurance starts with recruitment of the best skilled carers possible and continues with systematic and ongoing monitoring of their performance. Delivering a consistent care high quality service is our priority and this could be achieved through the implementation of a three stage action plan, which will mean obtaining care users feedback at 3 levels beginning with completion of a satisfaction survey ,telephone satisfaction survey and face to face interviews with client ,relatives or next of kin guaranteeing an in-depth strategy of obtaining clients views and opinions about care we provide.
All care staff will not undertake task that requires the skills and expertise of clinical professionals such task includes
-Toe and nail Cuttings
-Ear syringing
-Removing /Replacing urinary Catheters
-Bowel evacuation
-Injections involving assembling syringes
-Filling of oxygen cylinders
-Tracheostomy care
Aiirborne group limited does not provide nursing care service
is an established home care provider to provide CQC regulated activity thus, personal care to young adult and elderly in their own comfort zones so as they continue to enjoy their contact with close family, friends and the community in which they reside, we intend to supply helpful, friendly and holistic care to vulnerable adult who needs support and assistance with their daily activities in their own comfort homes.
Our care package would follow the client’s needs thus personalised care with the aim to enhance clients independence, Aiirborne Group Limited has the aim and objective to meet the demand of people increasing demand to live in their own comfort homes during this unfortunate Pandemic outbreak thus COVID-19 hence, there is a gap in the market that need to be filled.
Airborne Group Limited will provide services in the comfort homes of clients whenever required and in a holistic manner as the company norm.
